We finally arrived after our trip from Mesa Az and our eventful situation at your dealership in Hinton, Oklahoma of April 13th. On that morning the ABS light came on and a few hours later we began hearing a grinding noise in the left front wheel. We travel with two ther couples who also pull 5th wheels. After the grinding went on for a while, the group decided to pull off of I-40 which happened to be at your exit. We saw the Wheeler Chevrolet sign and decided to pull off. After pulling into your parking lot, everything let go and the bearings began to fall out. I started to walk to the dealership and David Friessen (Service Manager) came out and greeted me and took over from there. He talked to the shop manager and they decided to make us a priority since a hail storm was reported in a few hours. The dealership had all the parts except the shaft which they picked up at NAPA. Within two hourss from the time we drove into the parking lot Abe Klassen and Nathan White had the repairs completed, which included a test drive. We are writing because we were so impressed with the courteous , professional and friendly service by everyone from the receptionist, office staff, salesman and especially David and the technicians. Good Morning Quinton (Finance Manager), I wanted to take a little time to thank you for your help last week. I bought the yellow 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup. It was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. In my 27 years of driving I have bought plenty of vehicles from Private party and through dealerships and none have been as smooth as this transaction. I also want to add that the customer service y'all gave us was wonderful. I felt like you guys really wanted to help get the truck I wanted, more than just selling another vehicle. I really like the fact that after I decided this was the truck I found on the internet and was able to work directly with the finance office unlike back and forth stuff like most other dealerships. Please pass on to John (Salesman) how pleased I am with y'all, he did a wonderful job. John sure was a no pressure salesman. My wife will be looking for a vehicle soon to replace her minivan.
