I really love this dealership! Especially Tim, our salesman! He is so thoughtful and friendly! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wheeler Chevrolet & both times. Tim has gone above & beyond to make sure we get the vehicle we wanted! They didn't have, on the lot, the specific vehicle we were wanting but Tim searched high & low until he found it. Both times the vehicle we wanted was in another state & he got it delivered to Wheeler Chevrolet just so we could see if was what we really wanted. No one has ever done that for me! Tim is the exception to the rule that car salesmen are the worst! They follow you around constantly like your shadow. Trying to sell you whatever is on the lot, not really caring about what you want, just trying to make the sale. Tim listens to what you want & checks his inventory. If they don't have it, he will find it! Or as close as he can. No sales pressure, no following you around. Tim is a great sales rep & person & i feel blessed as he has helped us to find the right vehicle for us in a short period of time after an accident totaled our truck & we had no transportation. Service was great and they are the best!

Did an oil change and wanted the mechanic to look at my front driver tire. The low tire pressure light comes on twice a month, wanted that to be checked out. The tire key couldn't be found to take the tire off, so ordered lug nuts for tire, just need to go back to have this done. The lady said that the locked lug nut would have to be beaten off, don't know how that will go.

I have always been very please with the customer service I receive. I had issues with my vehicle and it couldn't be driven to dealership for repairs. Management and the service department went out of their way to arrange for alternate transportation and my vehicle to be picked up. They kept me informed as to the repairs that were needed and this was done in a timely manner. I have done business with Wheeler Chevy for over 20 years and they will always have my recommendation when purchasing a vehicle.

Scheduled my oil change and tire rotation for my GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 online—super easy and convenient. The website was user-friendly, and I got a confirmation right away. When I arrived, everything was ready to go, and the service team was efficient and professional. They had me in and out quickly, and the truck feels great. Really appreciate how smooth the whole process was from start to finish!

Great service

After taking my car to have a sensor replaced that had gone bad I was sitting in the reception area waiting for the work to be completed. While sitting there one of the employees approached me that I had enough points from my GM membership to pay for all of service with even extra left over. For those who are not enrolled in the program talk to your dealer about it. It was a life saver for me. Wheelers always do a great job servicing my vehicle, whether it is just an oil change, tire rotation, or any other service that is required. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!
